Resident Disaster Preparedness

Although all of the owners of the properties that we represent carry “homeowners insurance", this insurance "does not" cover you (the tenant) or your possessions. So, in the event of an unfortunate catastrophe such as fire, flood or natural desaster, if any or all of your possessions were to be damage and/or destroyed, they would "not" be covered under the owner's "homeowners policy".
